Team Groove has been operating for 8 years, catering for a highly diverse client base and providing high quality events for groups from 10-1000.

The central facilitator is Joss Peach, who collaborates with other drumming associates as required to cater for particulrly large. He also collaborates with different types of facilitators when clients require a multi-disciplinary event; thus far this has included theatre, visual arts, poetry and even break dance!

Joss Peach

Professional pianist, composer and multi-instrumentalist Joss Peach has been running music-based team building workshops for over a decade, for clients such as Bass Breweries, Mercedes Benz, Vodafone, Allied Domecq and BT.

He is known for his ability to bring a group of people together, enjoying themselves, finding new ways of being in a group situation, through the shared experience of making music.

His workshops are celebratory, investigative, challenging, stimulating, thought provoking, and of course great fun.

Whether it be by using African djembe drums, percussion, boom whackers (plastic tubes of different lengths and pitches) the 'instant band' challenge, body percussion, or simply belting out some glorious simple harmony songs, Joss is sure to bring out the best in participants; emotionally, intellectually and imaginatively.

Joss transfers his skills acquired from the arena working in groups of musicians where an authentic, creatively conceived product must be produced, often at very short notice, with a new group of people. He transfers some of this learning and maps it across to the business world, where people are also required to think on their feet with tight schedules to meet, and results have to be good.

As an experienced meditator Joss also appreciates the fundamental importance of identifying and attending to our own profound needs if we are to play a healthy and inspirational part in the life of the team in which we are working, and encourages participants to explore those areas of their personal and creative life that could use envigourating.

Joss creates bespoke packages for each new event, as he continues to evolve and explore the subjects clients are interested in, rather than delivering generic workshops.
