TeamGroove training and events
We can tailor the training day to focus on client specific needs

Through guided activities, discussion and tasks, we can help groups to work towards a set of steps for their way forward.
What Would the Event Actually Look Like?
Each event is treated as an individual project subject to the specifications and requirements of the client.
- We can fit 1-2 hour drumming sessions into an existing event as a feature
- Or drumming can be the focus for an entire day’s workshop, built around other learning activities
- Events can be arranged for 5 to 1000 people at one go…as long as we have a venue where we can make lots of noise!
We start by teaching everyone how to hit the drum or use the percussion instrument. Then everyone learns one rhythm. We extend that into groups learning different parts, which we later bring together.
In a longer session, we guide players to improvise, and make up their own rhythms in smaller groups.
In a training day, we shape each step to the learning outcomes.
How has it worked with other organizations
Some previous projects have included:
- exploring the nature of teamwork with council workers
- helping consolidate a new internal branding vision for Allied Domecq
- helping a group of small businesses to 'open up to innovation'
- or simply getting employees together to just have a good bash on a load of loud drums, let their hair down and let off a bit of steam.
